About us
Advanta Autism Care provides ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in home and community settings. We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement behavior and skill programs designed by a BCBA.
- Teach communication, daily living, social, and play skills.
- Collect data and communicate progress to the BCBA.
- Follow treatment plans and uphold ethical standards.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred).
- Reliable transportation for home/community sessions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
