Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pricing administrator for Customer Service, ensuring prompt and accurate execution of time sensitive price changes and customer master data
- Facilitate updates of pending price changes on open orders by monitoring reports and working with sales to ensure closure of missing pricing
- Create and maintain SAP Customer Master Data in SAP
- Perform data clean-up initiatives as required
- Provide support on reporting and audits
- Report out metrics as assigned
- High School Diploma, or 2 years relevant working experience
- ERP experience required, SAP S/4 Hana sales and distribution experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail required
- Strong Excel Skills, including lookup and pivot table
- Experience within manufacturing business preferred
- Strong internal and external customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills with willingness to learn new programs
- Must have strong initiative and commitment
- High level of tolerance for ambiguity
- Must be a self-starter; able to work independently and in a team environment
