MRI Technologist (ARRT Certified)Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client. The selected candidate will be employed directly by the MRI center and not through a staffing agency.

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of an established outpatient MRI center in Hollis, Queens seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for full-time, part-time, and per diem direct-hire opportunities.

The selected candidate will become an employee of the MRI center and will work on-site operating a Hitachi Airis II MRI system, delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain the Hitachi Airis II MRI system
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout examinations
• Review and verify patient information and imaging requests
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow all facility, state, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications Required

• ARRT Certification
• MRI Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment

Available Schedules

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Alternating weekends
• Holiday availability as needed

Part-Time

• Flexible scheduling available
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Per Diem

• Flexible, as-needed coverage
• Great opportunity for experienced MRI Technologists seeking supplemental income or schedule flexibility

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $60.00 per hour
