What You’ll Do
- Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances
- Secure payments and document all communication in detail
- Research and resolve discrepancies with internal and external contacts
- Explain invoices, statements, and balances to customers professionally
- Follow up on delinquencies and escalate when necessary
- Process incoming and outgoing communications in SAP and other systems
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer support teams
- Assist with inbound phone calls and support general AR functions as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; AA degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounting, or receivables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting software preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
