As the Office Manager, you will ensure various tasks and supplies are in order during day-to-day operations. The Office Manager demonstrates excellent organizational skills, can problem solve efficiently, work independently, and show initiative towards tasks. The Office Manager plays a vital role in the health of the organization, its team members, and the support of the clients receiving services.
About RCTC
River City Therapy Center (RCTC) is a local provider of developmental and behavioral health services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy for individuals ages birth through 21. Our mission is to guide individuals and their families on the path to independence with comprehensive, person-centered care. Our core principles are EPIC. We value Education, Passion, Integrity, & Collaboration and strive to provide quality therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with autism or related disabilities.
In 2024, we established Advancing Behavioral Solutions (ABS), a secondary name for the business, to better encompass our community work. Under this assumed name ABS, we have our Youth Rehabilitative Program in Goodhue County. The mission is to keep youth in their local community, home, and school through multisystemic therapy (MST).

Responsibilities
- Communicate with caregivers, transportation providers, vendors, potential clients, and team members
- Answer phones and emails
- Complete client and staff scheduling
- Assist with budgets
- Track and order supplies
- Provide feedback to other administrative team members
- Provide informational materials to families
- Facilitate the onboarding process
- Assist with meal preparation
- Assist with laundry
- Assist with employment paperwork and filing
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary
- Maintain high ethical standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Attend team meetings

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a criminal and DHS provider background check
- Ability to commute/relocate: We are located in Red Wing, MN!
Schedule
Clients are present at the center from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Hours can be discussed during the interview.

Salary
The starting payrate will be within the $20-$25/hour pay range, based on experience and education.
