What You'll Do:- Provide outstanding member service and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Perform accurate and efficient financial transactions in person and by phone
- Identify and recommend products or services to improve members’ financial well-being
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
- Resolve member issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing activities as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: $16-18 hourly. This position is on site at the South Lafayette Branch at 6154 Johnston St, Lafayette, LA 70503. Must be available to work at least two Saturday shifts each month.
