Etching Operator | 2nd Shift Placentia, CA Job Type Full-time Description AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Etching Operator to join our growing company. Essential Job Function: Etch I (Entry level) Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Maximize productivity by maintaining a constant load on conveyor. Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is 2nd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 3:00 pm to 11:30 am. Requirements Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 1 years’ experience and knowledge of PCB drilling. Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff. Able to read, write and communicate in English. Excellent work ethics, detail oriented and self-motivated. Be a team player and work well with others. Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by work area. Able to safely work with chemicals. Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals. Physical Requirements: Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds. Able to repeatedly walk approximately 20 feet to load/ unload etcher. Able to walk-in uneven flooring. Able to work with chemicals. Compensation: California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD | DOE The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
