Role Summary
We are looking for a detail oriented Strategic Pricing Analyst who is seeking to join a fast paced, leading SaaS company. This is a highly visible position within the organization working collaboratively across Sales, Strategy, Client Success, Order-to-Cash, and Finance teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring deals are structured and negotiated to comply with AdvancedMD's policies and processes. You will own aspects of deal structuring, quote creation, contract reviews and non-standard terms to ensure deals are managed to their conclusion. You will also be involved in the post-close sales process, responsible for calculating and processing regular commission payouts, and auditing deals in accordance to AdvancedMD's established policies.
Essential Job Duties
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to structure, process and close both standard and non-standard deals
- Manage the queue of outstanding proposals by prioritizing the day-to-day aspects of quoting and pricing approvals including driving and supporting the Sales team in multi-element and complex deal structuring
- Assist Sales management team with process improvements related to pricing
- Function as a point of contact and escalation for the Sales organization
- Collaborate with Client Success team to resolve complex pricing issues related to current client agreements
- Manage sales commission process including model upkeep, accrual calculation, statement review and regular auditing
- Review historical transactions to align deal valuations with actual recurring revenue
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, or Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role
- Highly sensitive attention to detail
- Extremely strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills
- Understanding of revenue recognition
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
- Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
