What You’ll Do:
- Confirm patient availability and schedule appointments.
- Build provider schedules and daily routes using online mapping tools.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Track visits and follow-up appointments.
- Manage appointment changes, including cancellations and reschedules.
- Organize and maintain medical records.
- Stay proactive in learning new systems and processes to maintain productivity.
