Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice, and we are growing our presence in Goodyear, Arizona.

We’re seeking OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, and clinical providers who want to deliver exceptional care, make a meaningful impact, and build a rewarding, balanced career in the West Valley.

• Compensation: $400,000 – $600,000 annually
• Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 – $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $25,000
• Flexible call structures (4-, 5-, or 6-provider team models)
