Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated In-Home Sales Consultant who enjoys helping homeowners make informed decisions while building a rewarding career.
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Company-generated appointments are provided, allowing you to focus on building relationships, educating homeowners, and delivering solutions that best fit their needs.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
- Build trust by educating customers—not through high-pressure sales.
- Measure windows and doors accurately.
- Present customized product solutions based on each homeowner's needs and budget.
- Explain financing options and available promotions.
- Prepare professional proposals and pricing.
- Follow up with customers after appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer communication.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
- Represent Advanced Windows, Doors & More with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Window, door, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, or home improvement sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and technology
- Ability to take accurate window and door measurements
Compensation
100% Commission
