Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Neighborhood Renovation Team Member to join our dynamic team! This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment, utilizing your communication and customer service expertise to drive business growth.
The Canvassing Representative generates qualified leads and schedules in-home appointments through direct, door-to-door conversations with homeowners. You’ll represent AWS professionally in the field while following proven processes and hitting clear performance goals that directly drive company growth.

What You’ll Do
- Engage Homeowners: Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover needs
- Set Appointments: Generate qualified in-home demos for the sales team

Schedule
- Full-time | Monday–Saturday availability | Afternoons & evenings required
- Proven track record & ability to showcase professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
