WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In this role, you’ll develop the ability to generate opportunities and work directly with homeowners through a professional, in-person sales experience.
- Connect with homeowners to uncover window replacement needs
- Guide customers through inspections and product options
- Deliver solution-focused presentations based on value and performance
- Participate in weekly training with experienced sales leaders
Each interaction helps build your communication skills, product knowledge, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT
- First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 through training, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission
- After 90 Days: $10,000 per month for consistent performers
- Tenured Representatives: $12,000 to $20,000 per month
- Sales Leaders and Territory Owners: $200,000 to $350,000 annually
