What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Monroe NJ position at Advanced Wellness?
Experienced front desk receptionist needed for our new Monroe, New Jersey location. F/T Hours Monday through Friday exact time TBD but will include at least two evenings until 6:30 p.m. Must be able to multitask and perform duties with calm under pressure including but not limited to: greet patients, collect payments, verify insurance; answer heavy telephone; manage and record stats; direct patients to care, assist clinicians with patient requests, follow up on lab work, radiology reports, etc. Must have confidence, a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team-centered environment.
