Advanced Wealth Management Group is seeking a professional and personable Wealth Management Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is focused on creating a welcoming office environment while supporting basic administrative and client service tasks.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Front Desk & Client Experience
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner- Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready reception area
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
Scheduling & Office Support
Schedule and confirm client meetings- Manage calendars for advisors as needed
- Prepare conference rooms for client meetings
Administrative & Processing Support
Assist with basic client service tasks, including:Processing simple withdrawals and deposits
- Sending client statements and documents
- Handling routine paperwork and data entry
Support general office operations and administrative needs
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
