YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AUTO DIAGNOSTIC TECH

Each day, you confidently diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced tools and Mitchell1 software to quickly and accurately identify issues. You remove and reinstall transmissions with precision, handle drivetrain components, and perform maintenance services such as fluid changes and inspections. After completing repairs, you test-drive vehicles to ensure everything is functioning properly. You collaborate with builders and service advisors to maintain a smooth workflow and address calibrations, scanning, and wiring repairs to ensure every car meets our high standards. From organizing tools to assisting with non-running vehicles, you take pride in keeping the shop efficient and professional while delivering exceptional results.

BECOME OUR AUTO DIAGNOSTIC TECH TODAY!

We're looking for someone who can work Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm, while meeting the following qualifications:

• Strong electrical diagnostic abilities
• At least 3 years of hands-on automotive experience
• Proven ability to remove and replace transmissions within or under book time
• Personal basic tool set and the ability to use it effectively
• A collaborative mindset and solid teamwork skills
• Well-rounded mechanical knowledge with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Mitchell1, Identifix, and ProDemand
• Versatility to operate as both a diagnostician and a swing tech
  (diagnostics, minor repairs, and occasional R&R support)
• Capability to perform minor repairs in and around transmission systems
• Accurate diagnostic skills for transmission failures, engine misfires, drivability concerns, and mechanical issues
• Physical ability to lift heavy components and work efficiently
• A valid driver's license with the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Experience programming vehicle control modules using OE and aftermarket software
