The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern supports content creation, social media posting, and basic digital marketing tasks for our multi-campus education group. This role helps bring student life, hands-on training, and campus events to life across social platforms. The intern learns real-world marketing skills while contributing to campaigns, paid ads support, and community engagement. Success in this role means producing consistent creative content, staying organized, and growing their skills in digital marketing.

By the end of this internship, you'll have managed real brand accounts, built a content portfolio, and understand how digital marketing actually works inside a growing company.
Exposure to multi-brand management across 6 campuses
What will I be doing?
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers (comments, messages)
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content performance
- Support the development of social media campaigns and strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement and growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas and content planning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, or short-form videos (personal, school projects, or professional).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic social media posting tools.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or Photoshop (preferred but not required).
- Interest in learning Meta and TikTok Ads; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
