🔹 What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy to support sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-regulation, handwriting, play skills, ADLs, and emotional development
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, PT, behavior specialists, parents/caregivers)
- Offer parent coaching and home program strategies to support carryover
- Document progress clearly and efficiently in accordance with clinic standards
- Participate in team meetings, program development, and continuing education initiatives
🔹 Who You Are
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or eligible for state licensure
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Experienced or strongly interested in sensory integration, neurodevelopment, or play-based therapy
- Strong communicator with excellent clinical reasoning and creativity
- Prior pediatric experience (clinic, school, EI, outpatient, or fieldwork) preferred but not required
Salary : $38 - $48
