The Position: Calibration Lab Manager – This position is tasked with leading the Calibration Lab in efforts to produce, maintain, and deliver on-time quality calibrated test equipment for our customers in an ISO 17025 certified lab.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of calibration or troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and A2LA 17025 requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in electronic or engineering discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge in electronic and calibration standards
- Experience with software systems such as MET/TEAM, MUDCATS and other software
Responsibilities:
- Leads, directs, maintains, and delegates the workflow of the calibration lab activities
- Ability to hold team accountable
- Works with the Management Team with regards to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System
- Sets up standards and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate test equipment and other instruments
- Interacts with external and internal customers to resolve issues related to products
- Assists technicians in testing, calibration, repair and evaluation of test equipment
- Manages and maintains lab inventory related issues
- Develops formulas and solves problems in measurement and calibration

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
