ATEC prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 2-4 years credit and receivables
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Great Plains required
- Strong customer service and extremely detail oriented
Responsibilities:
- Monitors existing customer base for changes in credit risk and update credit lines.
- Researches and implements credit terms for new customers.
- Researches, resolves, or elevates customer disputes.
- Creates, maintains, and monitors all loan and credit files in the GP database.
- Ability to follow up with customers both internally and externally
- Approves deliveries and shipments-credit hold releases. Comfortable explaining to customers and salesperson why an order is being held
- Maintains current accounts through review of balances, credit limits, past due invoices and last payment date
- Processes AR transactions
- Processes credit memo
- Completes vendor forms.
- Performs other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounting Department
