Advanced Technology Heating & Cooling, a locally owned and operated company since 1986, is growing and looking for an Experienced HVAC Technician skilled in both service and installation. We are a high-volume company providing maintenance, service, and installs for residential and light commercial customers—and we take pride in quality workmanship and customer care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Technician proficient in troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installation of heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-focused, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform high-quality installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections and tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommendations and service findings
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed (with advance notice)
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years HVAC experience (service and installation)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
