Project Manager
- Location: Fort Lee, NJ.
- Duration: 12 Months
- Experience: 8 yrs
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Employ best practices, such as leading the effort to define use case models and activity diagrams as appropriate, to clearly define User Stories
- Develop and maintain a Product Backlog of User Stories
- Accurately and concisely articulate risks, issues, questions, and recommendations to the Business, Scrum Team members and management
- Effectively maintain and reference project velocity while working with Scrum Teams during both sprint and release planning
- Ensure relationships with the stakeholders and cross-team members are professional and meet management expectations
- Act as a liaison between the Business and development, providing insight to each team of the others needs and expectations
- Skills and Experiences
- Must have experience in Project Management within a government agency
- Knowledge of public sector, political environments, or higher education organizations
- Experience in Project Planning/Project Management/Methodologies
- Must be able to effectively communicate expectations to project team
- 5 year experience managing IT solution implementations
- PMP Certification-Preferred
- Experience with Java, Java Script, MS products, Adobe, SQL, and HTML a plus
