About the Role

The Principal Consultant will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth, while spearheading ATC’s IT community initiatives to elevate ATC’s brand as a trusted partner in IT consulting.
This position is ideal for a “door opener” and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate across internal teams, engage with prospective clients, and lead efforts to grow and diversify our consulting funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to ATC through networking, peer groups, and follow-ups on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Engage prospective clients identified by ATC’s Marketing/Business Development program.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to align and complement ongoing business development efforts.
Thought Leadership
- Represent ATC as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at industry events and meetings.
- Create and deliver an engaging social media presence, including social posts, blogs, and educational content that reinforce ATC’s brand and expertise.
- Participate in speaking engagements and panels, helping showcase ATC’s position as a leading, trusted advisor in IT consulting.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support ATC’s marketing initiatives by providing insights, ideas and strategies for business development, and feedback related to new logo opportunities.
- Provide consulting expertise to help create conversations and open doors, while helping refine and expand ATC’s service offerings to best meet client needs.
- Contribute to the collaborative and positive culture at ATC, taking on additional tasks where needed to support organizational success.
