Advanced Technical Moving is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead local residential and commercial moving jobs throughout Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor.
This position is part-time to start with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities
- Lead 2–4 person moving crews on local moving jobs
- Train and mentor newer movers
- Properly wrap, protect, load, and unload furniture and household goods
- Drive a 26-foot box truck to and from job sites
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate with customers throughout the moving process
- Keep customers informed of crew arrival times and any schedule updates
- Collect customer reviews upon successful completion of jobs
- Complete jobs with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- Professional moving experience required
- Previous crew leader experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck (non-CDL)
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lead and train inexperienced movers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
