We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Editor/Graphics Designer who builds original and creative static and animated assets for live streams, marketing, and monetization efforts for the FAST channel, and edits creative elements, including streaming content, digital, and social assets. They have a dual passion for design and the ability to bring a creative, contemporary approach to a multitude of different projects, including both campaigns and more independent deliverables as well as a comprehensive understanding of montage in service of campaigns with both short and long-form video. The Editor/Graphics Designer (Linear) works on versatile projects and enhances elements from on-air graphics to promotional spots for marketing and branding. This role has a high-level of customer service with a solutions-orientated approach.
This position is part of our Flex Workforce.
As a Flex team member, you’ll work on a project-to-project basis, supporting a variety of leading media and technology clients. Flex roles are ongoing and dynamic—work may vary in cadence, length, and scope depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, exposure to top-tier companies, and the chance to grow your skills across multiple exciting assignments.
Estimated schedule: 8-10 hours/day, 4-5 days/week for 1-2 months, but will be project based.

Essential Functions:
- Design and execute compelling static and animated assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Create original 2D motion graphics (lower thirds, locators, composited elements, end tags)
- Edit fast-paced promotional trailers and promos (15s–2min) for digital and streaming platforms
- Create platform-native deliverables optimized for Prime Video, Fire TV, TikTok, Reels, Stories, YouTube, and paid media
- Edit and composite motion graphics, lower thirds, product animations, and design packages in After Effects
- Design style frames, storyboards, and animated graphics in collaboration with Producers and clients
- Work independently and collaboratively with designers, copywriters, videographers, producers, and stakeholders
- Clearly articulate creative concepts and design rationale
- Incorporate client feedback and collaborate with project managers on timelines and deliverables
- Ensure all work meets high creative standards and best practices
- Maintain clean, well-organized project files and assets
Required Education and Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Fluency in the free ad-supported television (FAST) channel ecosystem and related workflows
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop
- Experience with Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D tools (modeling, texturing, animation)
- Mastery of DaVinci Resolve (Edit pages)
- Solid understanding of post-production and live television workflows
- Strong grasp of motion design best practices for digital platforms, including delivery specs
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Compensation:
This project-based role offers an hourly pay rate of $60-75/hour depending on experience.
