We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer to join our dynamic team at Advanced Systems Group. The Associate Producer will play a key role across a variety of projects, offering support to producers and talent, managing and coordinating project logistics, and executing light line production duties with guidance as needed. This role will also involve product sourcing and managing individual projects, in addition to supporting other Producers.
We are specifically looking for candidates who can work a Wednesday-Sunday daytime schedule. This project-based role has the possibility to extend or convert to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production processes from conception through final cut, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Participate actively in team meetings to support smooth communication and collaboration.
- Open, update, and manage graphic and post-production requests.
- Collaborate with the Studio Operations team to ensure streams are properly resourced and staffed.
- Assist third-party influencers in self-producing content.
- Effectively meet deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities as required.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including mobile, social media, audio/video streaming, and content curation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, monetization, and partners as needed.
- Analyze stream performance continually and execute strategies to enhance production quality.
- Proactively solve problems that may arise at any phase of production.
- Develop production resource plans, acting as a liaison between production and the studio to optimize workflows.
- Manage production schedules in partnership with Producers, ensuring creative requests are prioritized and achievable.
- Work closely with Production Management and Team Leadership to communicate high-level objectives and expectations.
- Serve as Producer on select shows as needed, with minimal oversight.
- Guide and support the team in areas such as set design, lighting, and camera angles.
- Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- Quickly resolve production challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Experience in live events and multimedia production, preferably within a large corporate or commercial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver corporate video projects to client specifications.
- Advanced knowledge of audio/visual systems and videoconferencing technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong technical production expertise.
