Advanced Surfaces Inc manufactures and installs solid surface products, for commercial and residential applications. Serving Southern California for 36-years. Small business seeking to fill an in-office administration assistant position. The position is to provide assistance and work directly with Senior Estimator but not limited too.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Requirements:
-Knowledge of Microsoft
-Knowledge of QuickBooks
Tasks (but not limited too):
-respond to emails through Microsoft Outlook
-creating projects and proposals in QuickBooks Online
-learn payroll software
-assist with reviewing schedule
-material inquiries with suppliers
-project documentation
-office organization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
