We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer specifications and company standards
Operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
Safely move, organize, and stage products in designated areas
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of items before shipment
Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse organization
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred (training available)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic computer or scanner knowledge a plus
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
