About our position
We are seeking a motivated Associate Enterprise Consultant who is responsible for supporting the OpenWater product by working closely with clients to gather project requirements and then complete implementations of the OpenWater solution. The Consultant works closely with new and existing clients to provide technical expertise to end users in the form of technical support and documentation including both internal and external follow-up to address issues involved with the product and implementation process.
What you’ll be doing
- Implementing the OpenWater product, ensuring the platform and forms are properly tested and fixed, and training clients on new system implementation.
- Building out workflow within the OpenWater platform, following best practices, and after gathering necessary information from clients relating to content, forming client workflows and programs.
- Providing documentation and technical support and assistance to clients via email, screenshare, live chat, and occasional calls/meetings as needed.
- Providing (with manager support) direct support to new and existing clients, including technical support for bugs and reporting of customer enhancement requests.
- Attending regular team meetings and providing updates on current projects in a concise manner.
- Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have
- Previous customer support experience, with a preference for SAAS-based applications experience and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills with a high level of urgency to meet client expectations and tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently and as an effective member of a team.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. For candidates located in Alexandria, VA or Austin, TX, the current estimated compensation range for this role is $50,000–$65,000. Compensation may vary for candidates in other locations within the United States.
