Service/Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of building systems and fixtures across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that installations meet safety standards, blueprints, and client specifications, delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship. Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks.
• Install a wide range of building materials including fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, gutters, tile masonry, and flooring with precision.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish of all installations.
• Follow blueprint specifications closely during remodeling projects or new construction to meet client expectations.
• Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, plastering, painting, concrete finishing, trim carpentry, stucco application, and roofing repairs.
• Fabricate or modify materials as needed for custom installations or restoration projects.
• Assist with the operation of heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices throughout all phases of installation.

Skills

• Proficiency with Bluebeam software for digital blueprint review and markup is highly desirable.
• Strong construction management knowledge to coordinate tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
• Experience in construction estimating to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Construction inspection experience ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, masonry (including tile laying), roofing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture mounting.
• Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with building materials such as concrete forms, plastering compounds, glass panels, cabinetry components, and flooring materials.
• Competence in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment safely.
• Knowledge of gutter installation techniques along with roofing systems for comprehensive exterior work.
• Experience with restoration projects including drywall repair or surface refinishing when needed.
• Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during installations or project updates.
• Ability to take dimensional measurements precisely for custom fitting or remodeling purposes.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and efficient workflow management.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
