We are seeking a dedicated Sign and Awming Installer / Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install a wide range of signs and awnings, including channel letters, banners, vinyl graphics, and structural signage, both indoors and outdoors.
- Fabricate sign components using tools such as saws, welders, and cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Measure and mark surfaces accurately to guarantee proper alignment and installation.
- Use testing devices such as ohmmeters to verify electrical components' integrity and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Troubleshoot issues during installation or fabrication processes and implement effective solutions promptly.
Experience
- Prior experience in sign installation or fabrication is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to signage is advantageous.
- Knowledge of using ohmmeters for electrical testing is required.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials safely.
