Job Summary
Advanced Septic Pros are seeking a motivated and dependable Installer Laborer to join our septic system installation team. A Septic Installation Laborer performs physical work to excavate, assemble, and place underground septic tanks, piping, and drain fields according to local health and building codes. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential labor tasks to support septic installation projects. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help ensure smooth operations on-site, contributing to successful project completion. Duties
- Assist with site preparation by performing manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling
- Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to promote a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related labor roles is highly preferred. Willing to train.
- Good driving record (MVD) is essential.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and proper equipment handling procedures
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role. We also have a Spanish speaking team leader.
