Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Greensboro, NC, and surrounding areas for a Rough-In Installation Technician. The technician will be responsible for the installation of cabling, equipment, and wiring for security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Daily tasks include, ensuring high-quality installation work, and collaborating with team members to meet client expectations. The role requires maintaining a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience as an electrical or security rough-in installation technician
- Proficiency in Cabling and Installation of security systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, focused on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in on-site environments
- Basic understanding of security system components, such as CCTV, access control and alarm systems
- Experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications are a plus
- Willingness to travel to on-site locations within the Greensboro, NC area
