Duties
- Escort employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors safely within the premises, ensuring adherence to security procedures
- Manage access control by verifying identification and issuing passes for authorized personnel
- Maintain detailed logs of all security activities, incidents, and access records accurately and promptly
- Enforce conflict management protocols diplomatically to de-escalate tense situations effectively
- Follow established protocols for incident reporting, and emergency response procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in security services, law enforcement, military operations, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
