We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations for their Greenville/Spartanburg, SC location within a growing, nationwide home care organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, driving caregiver performance, optimizing scheduling efficiency, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in team management, problem-solving, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction
- Oversee caregiver scheduling, utilization, and retention strategies to maximize efficiency
- Drive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of caregivers and staff
- Monitor and improve operational performance, KPIs, and branch profitability
- Develop and maintain a positive team culture through effective leadership and coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement creative, data-driven solutions
- Manage branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Qualifications:
- 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams with a people-first, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with business operations, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking/reporting tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in people driven positions (banking, hospitality, food & bev, healthcare)
- Experience scaling or improving teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $50,000 - $60,000
- Performance-based bonus opportunity ($1,500–$2,500 ) tied to branch profitability
