At Advanced Root Canal Specialists, we are looking for a motivated Sterilization Technician / Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their dental career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a specialty practice.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilize and maintain all dental instruments according to infection control standards
- Prepare and break down operatories before and after procedures
- Assist doctors and dental assistants as needed during procedures
- Monitor and restock supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and running efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in dentistry and patient care
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Prior dental experience is a plus, but not required
