Key Responsibilities
- 95% accuracy in quarterly inventory audits.
- Zero safety incidents; 100% OSHA compliance.
- Effective team leadership and conflict resolution.
- Timely execution of load lists and inventory adjustments.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching.
- Supervise inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Support implementation of technology solutions (e.g., Scan force, Sage, WMS).
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of warehouse improvements.
- Act as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager, stepping in as needed.
Education
