About the Role:

The Roofing Production Pre-Apprentice plays a crucial role in supporting the roofing team by assisting with the preparation and execution of roofing projects. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the United States.


• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or coursework related to construction, roofing, or general labor.

• Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety training or similar safety certification.

Responsibilities:
