Join a High-Performing Commercial Roofing TeamWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to support a strong and growing pipeline of work across Southwest Florida.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented, production-focused estimator who takes ownership of their numbers, meets deadlines, and can confidently support proposals with clients and decision-makers.
What You’ll Do- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Review plans, specs, and bid documents to define full scope of work
- Perform takeoffs using EDGE estimating software (REQUIRED)
- Analyze labor, materials, and production rates
- Consistently meet bid deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Lead scope reviews and participate in meetings with clients, GCs, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with account managers and surveyors, who handle site walks and pre-bid meetings
- Work closely with sales, project managers, and operations teams
- Maintain cost database and historical pricing
- 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience (REQUIRED)
- Proficient in low slope and steep slope systems
- (TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing)
- Hands-on experience with EDGE estimating software (REQUIRED)
- Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, and construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Very strong computer skills (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency with estimating platforms, Excel, and digital workflows
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check (REQUIRED)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
