Bathtub & Surface Refinishing Technician

About Us:
Advanced Resurfacing is a locally owned refinishing company specializing in bathtub, tile, and countertop resurfacing for apartments, residential homes, and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and a smooth customer experience.
We are growing and currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bathtub Refinisher to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and refinish bathtubs, showers, surrounds, sinks, and countertops
- Safely use spray equipment, chemicals, and coatings
- Perform light repairs (chips, cracks, caulking, etc.)
- Drive to customer locations (company vehicle provided after training)
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and office team
- Ensure quality standards and proper curing times are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different indoor environments
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record required
- Experience in painting, resurfacing, remodeling, or trades a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
