POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and growth-oriented Inside Estimator / Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects. This central role will ensure seamless communication between clients, field crews, vendors, and insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and will be proficient in writing estimates using Xactimate software.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed estimates for restoration projects using Xactimate software.
- Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with field crews to assess project needs and requirements.
- Assist with client relations, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the restoration industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Excellent time management/ability to work on one’s own
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
