Job Overview
As a Lead Technician in Mitigation (Fire, Water, Smoke and Mold) Technician LEAD wanted- preferably IICRC certified in at least one area. Must be on-time, exceptionally detailed oriented, ability to delegate team tasks and willing to work under extreme conditions, because our company does.
Self-motivation and communication will be key roles. Safety of all employees in these damaged situations are important so basic safety knowledge, harnesses/respirators/ etc) and the ability to enforce safety with your team- Ability to lead a job site under little or no supervision during an emergency, and follow up on the site post emergency.
You will regularly be in and out of locations that have experienced damages, Etiquette and Tact are a must when leading our team through difficult situations, often in front of an audience. These situations may include raw sewage, bio-hazard clean up, smoke and fire damaged areas- you must be willing to go into all losses with professionalism.
v Good written/oral communication skills needed.
v Common knowledge to set up/break down and read equipment.
v Lift up to 40lbs
v Use of safety equipment and PPE knowledge
v Valid driver’s license
v Able to work irregular hours when on call. This is a 24hr-7 days a week company.
v Safety work boots (composite or steel toe)
v Basic hand tool (meter, tape measure, drill set, dry wall knife, hammer, etc0

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
