Scheduler / Estimator / Quality Assurance Coordinator

Advanced Restoration & Maintenance is hiring a full-time Scheduler, Estimator, and Quality Assurance Coordinator for our remediation and reconstruction team. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage—from emergency mitigation through final rebuild.

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented person who can manage changing schedules, support accurate estimates, keep job files complete, and help ensure every project meets our standards for quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule mitigation technicians, reconstruction crews, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and customer appointments.
• Coordinate urgent water, fire, mold, and storm-damage jobs; communicate schedule changes with customers and crews.
• Conduct on-site property inspections to assess damage and prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, supplements, change orders, and supporting project documentation.
• Collect and organize job photos, measurements, moisture records, invoices, labor and material information, and customer communications.
• Work with project managers and field staff to identify scope changes, additional work, and job needs.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, job notes, and files from initial loss through closeout.
• Complete quality-control checks, punch lists, final walkthroughs, and customer closeout documentation.
• Follow up on incomplete work or quality concerns until they are resolved.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, remediation, reconstruction, construction estimating, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred. At minimum, candidates must have experience in construction or the building trades.
• Xactimate experience and familiarity with insurance restoration claims is preferred but willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication, organization, computer, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive work.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local job sites as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
