Responsibilities and Duties
Patient Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, sponsors, vendors, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, route calls to appropriate clinical research coordinators or staff, and take accurate messages when needed.
- Assist patients and callers by providing general information about studies, appointments, and office procedures, within scope of role.
- Coordinate communication between patients and study teams, including relaying messages and facilitating follow-up.
- Support scheduling needs, including confirming appointments and directing patient flow within the clinic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support office operations by assisting with supply inventory, ordering, and general office organization.
- Provide general support to clinical and administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills Training: On the job training provided.
Experience Requirements: Experience preferred but not required (Healthcare Industry, Medical Terminology, Customer Service, Sales)
Education Requirements: High school diploma required.
Skills: goal oriented focus, time management skills, clear communication skills, attentiveness, customer service, phone etiquette, persuasion skills, determination, proficient in Office Word and Excel, etc.

Pay: $16 per hour. Quarterly bonuses available based on site performance.
