Strategic Feasibility Lead
Strategic Feasibility is a critical component in the successful execution of clinical trials. The Strategic Feasibility Lead is part of the Program Delivery team within Global Clinical Sciences & Operations. This role is responsible for leading, executing, and overseeing feasibility activities in collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to support a clinical development portfolio spanning Phase 1 through Phase 4 studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and synthesize a wide range of internal and external data sources to develop actionable feasibility insights that support clinical programs and studies.
- Support program- and study-level clinical planning by delivering accurate recruitment forecasts to enable efficient and timely trial execution.
- Lead and manage feasibility activities in collaboration with CRO partners and internal stakeholders, from early study planning through country and site selection.
- Coordinate cross-functional input and drive alignment on program and study-level feasibility strategies; respond to ad hoc stakeholder inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of key performance indicators, enhancement of country and site selection methodologies, and development of internal feasibility tools.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and delivery of high-quality outputs in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen program delivery, site engagement, and clinical trial recruitment and participant experience, in alignment with leadership guidance.
