Contracts Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical team in Research Triangle Park (RTP). In this role, you will support the contracts and procurement team with Purchase Orders (POs), administrative tasks, and general contract management. This position requires a proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance in-office and remote work responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management:
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts and amendments.
• Track contract lifecycle milestones to ensure timely renewals or closures.
• Purchase Orders (POs):
• Process and track purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and POs in the internal systems.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and other project-related activities as needed.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
