What You'll Do
Working closely with the facility leadership team, you will help ensure the overall success, safety, and functionality of the campus through the following responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Play an active role in preserving and protecting the facility's physical assets
- Review and respond promptly to reports and recommendations from planning, regulatory, and inspection agencies
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and healthcare regulations
- Supervise and oversee daily repairs and maintenance activities across the facility
- Monitor and maintain the condition of all offices, patient areas, and staff spaces
- Lead fire safety efforts, including conducting fire drills and maintaining prevention systems such as smoke detectors, exit signage, fire extinguishers, alarm systems, and evacuation maps
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance, providing updates as directed by the Operations Director
- Support adherence to departmental budget guidelines and track expenditures for equipment and materials
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen skills and leadership capabilities
- Attend required in-service trainings and educational sessions
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or in lieu of minimum education, 4 years professional experience and training in to include evidence of training in repair contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facility cleaning and related areas of facility appropriate technical areas of operation
- A minimum of 2 years' experience required composed of evidence of experience in above noted areas of practice
