Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in the behavioral health field required
• Experience facilitating groups required
• Experience conducting individual sessions preferred
• State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level
• Credentials may include:
• CADC I, II, or III required
• QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC preferred
• CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred
• CPR-AED and First Aid certification required
• Availability to work weekend shifts on either a Sun-Thurs schedule or a Tues-Sat schedule required
• Experience with specific treatment focus areas or patient populations preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States required
