This is a full-time, on-site Clinician role based in Upper Marlboro, MD. The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy, conduct comprehensive client assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, engaging in crisis interventions, and ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and company policies. The Clinician will also participate in staff training and development as needed.
- Strong clinical skills in providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans
- Capability in conducting assessments and managing crisis interventions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in behavioral healthcare
- Licensed or license-eligible in counseling, social work, or a related field (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health treatment is highly preferred
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
