Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Sales Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a key role in a small team, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership.
You’ll be the central point connecting sales, customers, and service operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales: answer calls, prepare quotes, process orders
- Manage ecommerce activity (order processing, listings, customer inquiries)
- Coordinate service and repair workflow between customers and technicians
- Communicate with customers on order status, timelines, and service updates
- Help maintain organized records, inventory coordination, and general office operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or office management
- Comfortable in a small business environment where responsibilities vary day-to-day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who can take initiative without constant direction
- Experience with ecommerce platforms or inventory/order systems is a plus
- Background in industrial service, distribution, or service businesses is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential based on performance
